Lead the overall performance and development of Brody House, from commercial strategy and P&L to management, operations and the guest experience.
VENUE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Bring together accommodation, Reception, Housekeeping, F&B and day-to-day operations, making sure people, systems and standards work together.
FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
Food & Beverage · Full-Time
Lead the Restaurant, Kitchen and Bar operation, with responsibility for people, performance, budgets, stock, systems and the overall F&B experience.
RESTAURANT MANAGER
Restaurant · Full-Time
Lead our front-of-house team and set the standard for warm, professional and efficient restaurant service.
SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER

Be the senior presence on the restaurant floor, leading shifts, supporting the team and making sure service runs smoothly from opening to close.
