SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER

We are looking for a confident and hands-on Service Delivery Manager to join the team and lead daily restaurant service.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be the senior front-of-house leader on the restaurant floor. You will lead shifts, support and coach the service team, host guests and coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Bar and Events teams.

This is a visible, operational role for someone who enjoys being actively involved in service rather than working mainly behind a desk.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead restaurant service from pre-shift briefing through closing

  • Allocate sections, coordinate breaks and manage the floor during busy periods

  • Maintain smooth communication between Restaurant, Kitchen and Bar

  • Welcome and host guests and resolve service issues promptly

  • Support the team hands-on with hosting, serving, running food and closing duties

  • Coach staff on service standards, menu knowledge, allergens and guest communication

  • Maintain restaurant presentation, mise en place, cleanliness and service procedures

  • Prepare the restaurant rota for review by the Food & Beverage Manager

  • Coordinate front-of-house service for private, corporate and high-volume events

  • Complete concise shift handovers and report incidents, feedback and operational issues

  • Ensure compliance with food-safety, allergen, health and safety, licensing and cash-handling procedures

ABOUT YOU

You have experience as a Head Waiter, Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar senior front-of-house role.

You are confident, personable and visible on the floor, with strong practical service knowledge.

You know how to lead calmly during busy shifts, motivate a team and keep communication clear.

You are energetic, flexible, professional and attentive to detail.

Fluent spoken English is essential. Additional languages are an advantage.
