FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Food & Beverage Manager to lead and coordinate our Restaurant, Bar and Kitchen operations.
This is a management- and administration-led role covering budgets, labour, staffing, rotas, cost control, stock, purchasing, reporting, compliance and operational standards.
The Service Delivery Manager leads daily restaurant service, the Head Chef leads the Kitchen and the Bar Manager leads the Bar. Your role is to make sure these departments work together effectively and perform as one F&B operation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead and coordinate the overall F&B operation across Restaurant, Kitchen and Bar
Set priorities, standards and performance expectations for department managers
Monitor revenue, covers, average spend, labour, food and beverage costs and gross profit
Prepare budgets, forecasts, performance reports and corrective action plans
Review departmental rotas, staffing levels, overtime and attendance
Support recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management
Monitor guest experience, feedback, complaints and online reviews
Coordinate menus, pricing, product information, sales mix and margin performance
Oversee stocktakes, purchasing, suppliers, waste and inventory controls
Ensure accurate POS, stock, workforce-management and reporting data
Coordinate the F&B response to private, corporate and high-volume events
Maintain accurate records, reports and operational documentation
Ensure compliance with food-safety, HACCP, licensing, health and safety and cash-handling requirements
Identify opportunities to improve revenue, efficiency, service quality and profitability
ABOUT YOU
You have strong F&B management experience across Restaurant, Bar and Kitchen operations, including experience coordinating food and beverage delivery for events.
You understand budgets, labour planning, rotas, cost control, stock, purchasing and reporting.
You are confident managing department leaders and maintaining clear accountability.
You are organised, analytical and attentive to detail, while remaining calm and practical when things get busy.
You are fluent in written and spoken English. Additional languages are an advantage.
Most importantly, you understand that commercial performance and genuine hospitality should work together.
